Modern property with excellent staff and stunning location to nightlife. Perfectly clean and updated rooms in the upper floors, INCREDIBLY NICE breakfast. Facilities - climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel television. Location close enough to the botanic gardens as well as a safe area. Good choice of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.

Tiny rooms lacking proper descriptions!!! Extremely loud banging noises all night!!! Difficult to get an Uber or taxi due to unfinished road!!! Service policies need reviewing as well!!!

Breakfast buffet offered a great variety and quality. The AC barely cooled my room .

The location of the hotel is fantastic. I appreciated the option to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in, which allowed us to wander Quito without any hassle. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety, and I enjoyed starting my day with a good meal. The service in the restaurant fell short. It took an excessively long time to receive our orders, and on one occasion, we even got the wrong plate. The air conditioning in our room was programmed to shut off after 30 minutes, leaving us uncomfortably warm at night.

The location was sort of excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a nice variety. The security guard was super kind and helpful. Taxi service was efficient.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

Excellent location but noisy surroundings

I enjoyed my stay mainly for the location, as everything was conveniently close and the atmosphere was quiet at night. The room I had was quite noisy due to loud banging sounds throughout the night, hard to get a good rest. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch.

This place surprised me with its cozy lounge area where I kicked back after exploring and a cool outdoor seating that was perfect for some relaxation. I loved taking advantage of the pool and enjoying a movie night in their leisure room! Just a heads up, the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay! 😊

Couples should give it a try

The breakfast buffet was really excellent, a surprise of flavors. Waking up to such variety made our mornings. Felt almost like a celebration every day.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable, considering the overall experience.

The ibis has an excellent location, very close to the fun quarter. Most of the staff were friendly and the standard double room was clean and modern. I enjoyed my stay as it provided a great atmosphere for relaxation after exploring.

The staff at Ibis Quito is very very helpful and quick to respond to my needs. the location of the hotel is exceptionally nice, with free parking and services like laundry and vegetarian restaurants nearby.
